I needed to move a vehicle from Dallas, TX area to Sarasota, FL but did not have an address for shipping purposes at the time I booked deliver. AAA was very cooperative in allowing me flexibility as I worked through this issue. When the truck arrived for the pick-up I then had a new address for shipping that the driver accepted on the spot. When I spoke to a friend who was also relocating to Florida, he contacted AAA and was able to add his vehicle to my order and therefore both vehicles we on the same truck and at a very good cost compared to the competition.
Neither of us were available upon receiving these vehicles in Florida, we arranged for friends to receive and the driver arrived exactly on time, 3 days later. No damage but some dirt apparently from other vehicles on the truck, washed off with no problems.
All in all, excellent service throught out this experience.
